What actually works
Creams improve how skin feels but do not rebuild collagen deep inside a stretch mark. The treatments with the most consistent results rebuild that collagen: RF microneedling such as Morpheus8 Pro, and resurfacing lasers such as Fotona and fractional CO2. Newer red or purple marks also respond to gentle Nd:YAG laser, which calms the redness. No treatment erases stretch marks completely, but they can become flatter, smoother and much closer to your skin tone.

How many sessions to budget for
Most people need 3 or more sessions, 4 to 6 weeks apart. Red marks usually improve faster than old white ones, so starting early can reduce the total. For example, a course of 3 Morpheus8 Pro sessions on the half abdomen is AED 5,997 + VAT, and on the full abdomen AED 10,500 + VAT. Your doctor confirms the plan, so you know the total before you start.
Red or white marks
- Red or purple (newer): Nd:YAG laser plus RF microneedling often works well and faster.
- White or silver (older): collagen needs rebuilding with Morpheus8 Pro, Fotona or fractional CO2, and change is more gradual.
Darker skin and Dubai sun
On darker or tanned skin, RF microneedling is often preferred to CO2 because it carries a lower risk of pigment change. Keep treated areas out of the sun for several weeks and avoid tanning before sessions.
After pregnancy
