What the price covers
Ultherapy is priced per area for a single session. The price includes real-time ultrasound imaging, which lets the practitioner see the skin's layers on screen and place the energy at the right depth. That imaging is the main reason Ultherapy costs more than standard HIFU. It has US FDA clearance for lifting the brow, neck and under-chin area and improving lines on the chest.

How long it lasts
